On Monday 6th January, Manchester based creative marketing agency, Online Ventures Group, released an official white paper titled, ‘35 Predictions for Manchester Business’. An inspiring read looking ahead at predictions for the city’s business industry and what we can expect for the economy and community infrastructure, it includes insights from some of the North West’s most influential people.
Which newcomers will see the best success in 2014? Which companies will make the biggest impact? Will Manchester thrive throughout the next 12 months? With the input of key business leaders, OVG’s report makes for interesting reading.
The whitepaper asked questions to business leaders, such as ‘What are your predictions for business in Manchester in 2014?’ and ‘Which company do you predict will do great things in 2014?’ With contributors including Kate Vokes (Bruntwood), Tim Newns (MIDAS) and Michael Howard (Urban Bubble), the varied answers paint an optimistic and enthusiastic picture of what we can expect for the city.
The majority agreed that following one of the worst recessions the UK has ever seen, 2014 could be the year that breaks the mold and one of the best years that Manchester will experience.
