There will be a number of companies showcasing at the event exhibiting their products and services and there will also be a trade delegation from Latvia. Leading industry experts will be speaking at the event, including Andrew Carpenter, Chief Executive, UK Timber Frame Association (UKTFA) and Phil Roberts, Chair, Wood Knowledge Wales.
The event is being organised by the Welsh Government Construction Sector, Business Minister Edwina Hart said, “This is a great opportunity for companies to highlight the benefits of timber in the construction of buildings. We need to think more innovatively about how we use our resources into the future and the sustainable credentials of timber are excellent”.
