If you make an amendment to your policy where your insurer grants a refund, you will be entitled to the full amount being offered. We do not charge a fee for making adjustments to your policy and we will inform you of the amount due once confirmed by your insurance company.

You can cancel your policy at any time, including before the policy start date. If you do, you are entitled to a refund on your policy premium (unless your policy is non-refundable) or, if you pay by direct debit, your payments will stop. Any refund and commission will be subject to reasonable deductions for your time on cover and our service charge is non-refundable. If you cancel after 14 days from the later of the start date of the policy or the date you receive your policy documents, we will keep our commission for the year. You may also be liable to pay a cancellation fee to the insurer and some insurers charge an additional fee for early cancellation.

We do not charge a cancellation fee. A guide to the cancellation charges applied by your insurers will be detailed in your policy wording.

Please note that all refunds will be processed to your credit/debit card or original method of payment once Clear Business has received the funds from your insurance company.
