How insurance for scaffolders works
Examples of Scaffolders Insurance in action
A scaffolders legal costs are covered
A scaffolding company is hired to install scaffolding at a small business so that urgent roof repairs can be made. When the scaffolders arrive the equipment they bring is inadequate for the roofers to get where they need to be. The result is that the work is delayed, and the small business loses out on another day’s trade. They sue the scaffolders for loss of earnings, the costs of which the scaffolders have covered via their commercial Legal Expenses cover under the contract & debt recovery section.
